The Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. and Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. hired KB Advisory Group (formerly Bleakly Advisory Group) to lead a consulting team tasked with conducting an extensive analysis of affordable housing as part of ABI’s Mixed-Income Transit-Oriented Development Implementation Strategy (MITODIS). The strategy designed coordinates resources, tools, and programs to encourage the development and preservation of 5,600 units of affordable housing in Atlanta’s BeltLine neighborhoods.
