Gwinnett County first retained KB Advisory Group in 2010 and later in 2012 to establish five TADs within the County’s unincorporated community improvement districts (CIDs). Then even later, the County had KB dissolve and recertify the five TADs. That last TAD task was following the 2009 Recession.
KB Advisory Group has a history in Duluth: It includes TADs. The firm has provided various ongoing implementation services to the City since completing the Downtown Duluth Redevelopment Plan in 2013.
In 2020, KB Advisory Group wrote the TAD Redevelopment Plan for South Fulton. Approved in 2020, it has two Tax Allocation Districts (TADs) to support economic development and real estate redevelopment efforts.

The strategy designed coordinates resources, tools, and programs to encourage the development and preservation of 5,600 units of affordable housing in Atlanta’s BeltLine neighborhoods.
