Sandy Springs North End to get a new look

On November 5, 2020, KB Advisory Group’s Jonathan Gelber was part of a group of consultants led by TSW Design that presented plans for the redevelopment of several Sandy Spring’s North End shopping centers during a virtual public meeting (link here) for comment. The consultant team began looking at four sites (Big Lots center, Northridge Shopping Center, Loehmann’s Plaza, and North River Shopping center) in March. Draft plans call for additional green space, among other improvements. Jonathan performed financial feasibility studies for each of the concepts from a property developer’s viewpoint. KB Advisory Group’s analysis included purchasing a site, the demolition of existing structures, designing and preparing for development, and incorporating infrastructures such as road and stormwater systems.
