On September 30, 2020, KB Advisory Group reported there 1,600 residential units under construction along the Peachtree Road in the Buckhead Community Improvement District (CID), and another 3,000 proposed units. Geoff Koski, President of KB Advisory Group, states “Significant demand for high-rise living in Buckhead has been driven largely by the professional class employment. That is good news for the overall city of Atlanta.”
