KB Advisory Group (KB) Scope

The Perimeter Community Improvement Districts (CIDs) engaged KB Advisory Group to conduct an economic impact analysis that assessed data related to the economic, real estate, and demographic characteristics of the Perimeter CIDs.

The purpose of this Economic Impact Analysis was to help capture and communicate the economic value of the Perimeter CIDs to highlight the CIDs’ the state of Georgia, and other partners and stakeholders.

 

Existing Conditions

The Perimeter CIDs boundary includes both Fulton and DeKalb counties and spans across three cities, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, and Sandy Springs. The area has a population of approximately 19,000 people.

 

The Findings

KB analysts conducted a comprehensive demographic assessment, employment and workforce assessment, and real estate assessment that described the character of the residents and households, employment trends and workforce characteristics, and real estate inventory and trends.

 

KB analysts utilized this data to conduct a revenue report, describing current and potential revenues to the counties, states, and general public from the CIDs ongoing operations.
