Join Us In A Warm Welcome To Our Summer Intern Analysts!

Arthur Miranda, Grant Sublette-Urry, and Jenna Muschong have joined KB Advisory Group as 2024 Summer Intern Analysts.

Arthur and Grant have completed their first year of the Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP) program at the Georgia Institute of Technology where they are specializing in Land Use and Housing and Community Development respectively. Jenna is about to begin her first year in the MCRP program and will be specializing in Land Use. Our summer intern analysts bring a diverse background to the team with their prior studies in Economics and Accounting (Arthur), Sociology and Philosophy (Grant), and Real Estate (Jenna).

Past Experience

Before returning to school, Arthur was working as an auditor at Ernest & Young (EY) and Grant was working at his alma mater as a UGA bus driver. When asked what made them choose to pursue a graduate degree, Arthur said he “felt compelled to work in a field that would have a hand in solving the housing crisis” and that he “wanted an applied degree that would help [him] work in shaping the built environment in a way that can make US cities cheaper, more fun, and more accessible.” Grant has “always loved cities and been interested in the built environment, but only toward the end of [his] undergrad degree did [he] start to consider planning as a career.” Jenna will be transitioning from her undergraduate to graduate studies this fall, but during her studies at Syracuse she had the opportunity to work as Operations Intern at the JMA Wireless Dome, a Community Geography Intern at Syracuse Community Geography, and a Volunteer Research Intern with Fayette Alliance. She has always been interested in real estate development and land use planning, so she knew before her undergraduate studies were finished that she would need to pursue a graduate degree. One of her colleagues had been through the MCRP program and she knew she wanted to move back to the South, it was a perfect match!

Working with the KB team

By working with us, these summer intern analysts are looking to gain exposure to meeting and working with multiple clients, improving their familiarity with new tools, and seeing what planning looks like in practice. We are excited to have them join us!
