KB Advisory Group is pleased with the forward momentum around the Douglasville Town Center and Amphitheater development. Elevate Douglas hired KB Advisory Group to write the RFP for the new project in the Douglasville Town Center, awarded to master developer Mill Creek Residential last month.
Elevate Douglas is a public-private economic development partnership focused on cultivating a robust business environment in Douglas County, GA.
KB Advisory Group’s involvement with the Douglasville Town Center project began in 2019. The firm was part of the project team led by Atlanta-based architectural firm TSW, challenged with creating a plan for the downtown district. The Town Green and Amphitheater are Phase I of a larger 10-year project expected to finish in 2027.
The new Town Green and Amphitheater development will add to the city’s growing Tax Allocation District (TAD ) revenues.
